The rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and had the amenities promised on the hotel's website. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the shuttle service was a great perk. Plus, the views from the property were definitely worth the trip!
I did notice that the pool area could have used some upkeep. The water was not as clean as it should have been, and there weren't enough loungers for all the guests. Additionally, while there were some nearby food options, the area could feel a little empty at night. I still enjoyed my stay, but there were a few areas for improvement.

The hotel has a great location by the sea and a clean pool. the food at the restaurant was tasty and affordable. the beach was shallow, perfect for those with little ones. the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing a free shuttle to downtown, and a water park.
The beach area wasn't cleaned up often enough, and there was a large pile of garbage nearby. the hotel was further from the city center which made it less convenient to explore by foot.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely swimming pool perfect to cool down from the heat of this city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Budi who went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. I also enjoyed the location as it was close to the beach and had a great view of the ocean. Moreover, the two free one-way transfers arranged for me to go to the mall and Lovina were a helpful bonus.
Nothing not to love.

We had a fantastic time on our romantic getaway on the picturesque coast. the location allowed us to take in the scenic ocean view and enjoy the sandy beach. the staff was attentive and accommodating, arranging a delightful private trek and providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. the room was spacious, clean, and relaxing with a stunning bathroom. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool.
The restaurant, unfortunately, did not offer a wide variety of menu options.
